Refund Policy

Either party, ZippiFlex or the client, can terminate the contract by giving 14 days written notice to the other party. If you would like ZippiFlex to provide a longer notice period for the termination of the contract, we can accommodate such a request provided you (the client) also agrees to provide a notice period of equal duration.

In the event of an employee’s wholly inadequate performance, we will offer you a complete refund. If the employee has worked to a satisfactory level but not up to the expected standards, we will charge on a pro-rata basis for the days they worked and refund any outstanding amount to you.

Moreover, if you express dissatisfaction with an employee, we can replace them and utilize any remaining funds as credit towards the next employee. However, it is crucial to note that ZippiFlex can only take these measures if your dissatisfaction is promptly communicated (preferably within the first week of employment). If we have not received any dissatisfaction feedback after a reasonable period of time, ZippiFlex cannot question the employee’s ability or implement the mentioned measures. In such cases, termination of our services would require the applicable notice period (14 days or the chosen notice period upon initial payment).
