You have the flexibility to communicate with your dedicated virtual assistant through various channels, including but not limited to phone, email, Skype, WhatsApp, or any other preferred means of communication.

To ensure trustworthiness, all applicants undergo a rigorous background check before being hired as assistants. Additionally, we understand the importance of maintaining high levels of security and confidentiality, especially when working with executives who prioritize these aspects.

Although such an occurrence is highly unlikely, we prioritize the security of our clients’ financial information. In the event of any inappropriate use of your credit card by your virtual assistant, we would promptly assist you in initiating a chargeback process to ensure that any unauthorized charges are reversed. However, it’s important to note that we have stringent measures in place to minimize such risks and have maintained a track record of ensuring the highest level of security throughout our years of service.

Rather than solely tracking hours, our focus lies on monitoring progress and delivering transparency. We provide weekly reports outlining the activities completed by your virtual assistant and any pending tasks. Furthermore, if you prefer, we can also provide daily reports specifying the time dedicated to your assigned tasks. This approach allows you to stay informed about the work being done and maintain a clear understanding of the progress made by your assistant.

Once you surpass the allotted hours, our customer relations manager will promptly notify you. At that point, you will have the option to upgrade your plan, allowing for additional hours to accommodate your needs.

While we will make every effort to accommodate your needs and adjust your assistant’s workload accordingly, we cannot guarantee their availability as they may be serving other clients as well. However, we will strive to find a suitable arrangement that allows your assistant to continue supporting you effectively, considering the increased hours you require.

No, our hourly fee encompasses all costs related to the employee, including their salary, benefits, vacation time, bonuses, office space, and equipment. It also covers various tasks such as scanning, emailing, data input, and more. There are no additional or hidden costs associated with hiring our virtual assistants.

Our dedicated virtual assistants possess diverse backgrounds and skill sets. They are adept at utilizing various software and programs, including but not limited to Microsoft Office. Additionally, many of our assistants are proficient in using CRMs such as Basecamp, Infusionsoft, Zendesk, and others. Depending on your specific needs, we can provide assistants who are experienced in working with accounting software, design software, programming environments, content management systems (CMS), and more.
